About Siteline Services

Jason Roy is the founder and owner of SiteLine Services and has over two decades of trenchless "no dig" industry experience, starting as a labourer for a local trenchless CIPP company in 2002.

Jason went on to a CCTV inspection operators position in 2003. In 2008, he obtained NASSCO's-Certified PACP Trainer status at WEFTEC in Chicago. In 2013 Jason was recommended for and accepted a seat on NASSCO’s Board of Governors where he sat until 2015.

In his time in the field Jason inspected thousands of kilometers of storm and sanitary pipe, everywhere from Esquimalt, British Columbia to Fort McMurray, Alberta. He later evolved into Quality-Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Operations Management, Safety and Project Management roles for various trenchless inspection and rehabilitation projects across the lower mainland.

As a NASSCO-Certified Trainer, Jason Roy and SiteLine Services provide PACP™, LACP™, and MACP™ courses across Canada, ensuring professionals receive standardized, high-quality pipeline assessment education.
