Training

To standardize and enhance the evaluation of underground assets, the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) offers specialized certification programs: the Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP™), Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP™), and Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP™). These programs provide consistent methodologies for assessing the condition of pipelines, laterals, and manholes, respectively. By implementing these standardized assessment techniques, municipalities and utility companies can accurately identify and prioritize areas requiring maintenance or rehabilitation, thereby optimizing resource allocation and extending the lifespan of their infrastructure assets.

NASSCO's certification programs equip professionals with the skills to conduct thorough and uniform inspections, facilitating the creation of comprehensive databases that inform data-driven decision-making. This approach not only aids in preventing unexpected failures but also supports strategic planning for infrastructure upgrades. By integrating NASSCO-certified assessments into their maintenance protocols, organizations can achieve more efficient management of underground infrastructure, ultimately leading to significant cost savings and improved system reliability.

SiteLine Services is a local, Canadian independent contractor that offers NASSCO-Certified PACP, LACP & MACP training. With this training, we can help provide the knowledge and skills to:

Identify, document, and assess pipeline conditions consistently using a standardized coding language,

Build a comprehensive inspection database to prioritize repairs and maintenance,

Develop proactive inspection programs to extend the lifespan of underground assets,

Mitigate the occurrence of infrastructure failures by understanding the actual condition of our buried assets,

Develop and operate proactive inspection programs to extend the lifespan of underground assets, and

Improve decision-making for contractors, municipalities, and engineering consultants and more

Instructor: Jason Roy, NASSCO-Certified Trainer since 2008, Owner, SiteLine Services

Course Format: 3-day training (in-person & virtual options available).

Certification: Earn PACP, LACP & MACP certification credentials upon successful exam completion.

CEUs: Continuing education units available for all NASSCO-Certified Training.
